What You’ll Do:

• Manage employment law cases from intake through resolution with increasing autonomy
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and trial documents
• Take and defend depositions regularly to build courtroom confidence and skills
• Participate in court appearances, arguing motions, and engaging with judges and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop effective case strategies and maintain strong communication
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations with strategic input
• Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair when appropriate, gaining invaluable courtroom experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Active membership in the California Bar
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience with deposition experience
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with trial preparation is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits:
