Naga Tea is Hiring in Temple Terrace, FL is looking for one Bobarista to join our strong team. We are located on 10950 N 56 Th St. We’re looking for tea and boba enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, transparency, and genuinely care about doing business the right way.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to both guests and teammates, creating a welcoming and memorable environment.
• Consistently prepare all menu items to standard—including milk tea, matcha, coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Learn and execute the preparation of all drink components, including boba, brewed teas, fruit purees, and more.
• Take pride in a clean workspace by completing daily and deep-cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and handling trash removal.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends
• Ability to lift, move, or up to 25lb on a regular basis and up to 50lb on an occasional basis
• Ability to properly count cash and coin to guest while on register
