As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will be the face of respected nonprofit and purpose-driven brands at live events and local activations, connecting communities with causes that truly matter.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community events and public outreach campaigns
Represent client brands at pop-ups, nonprofit fundraisers, and awareness events
Engage with the public to deliver key messages, promote services, and boost brand awareness
Support event logistics including booth setup, signage placement, and material distribution
Collect attendee feedback, record outreach data, and assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness
Maintain consistent, professional messaging across all public-facing touchpoints
Perform administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and tracking campaign performance
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, approachable personality with a passion for people and public engagement
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Team player who thrives in dynamic, face-to-face environments
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful community initiatives
Previous experience in customer service, brand ambassadorship, or event promotion is a plus but not required
Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
