Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Inside Sales Representative, you will be the final point of contact for customers ready to purchase a new system. Your primary responsibilities include:
Taking over qualified sales leads from field technicians who have identified opportunities for system replacements.
Conducting remote customer interactions via phone, video call, and email to build rapport and understand their specific needs.
Working with customers to sell and finalize the purchase of a new HVAC system, answering all questions and addressing concerns.
Providing follow-up sales and support to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with the technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
Maintaining accurate and detailed sales records and customer information in the company's CRM or sales platform.
Staying up-to-date on all new products, services, and sales promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
What We're Looking For
A proven track record in HVAC inside sales or a related home services industry
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers remotely.
The ability to understand HVAC systems and translate complex technical information into easily understandable terms for customers.
A self-starter with a strong internal drive to succeed in a commission-based role and a desire for high earning potential.
The ability to handle objections and problem-solve to help customers feel confident in their purchase decision.
Experience with CRM software and other remote communication tools (e.g., video conferencing). Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
