Factory Direct Renovations Group is seeking skilled Cabinet Installers / Carpenters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and surrounding areas to handle a high volume of kitchen and home cabinetry installations. This is a 1099 contractor position with year-round work, pre-sold projects, and performance-based incentives.

Job Description

You’ll be responsible for the accurate, professional installation of kitchen cabinets and built-ins at the job site. We value skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Install cabinetry, trim, and custom carpentry solutions in residential settings

• Follow installation procedures and ensure customer satisfaction

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site

• Respect customer property and maintain a clean, safe work area

• Accurately complete paperwork and installation documentation

• Maintain a well-stocked vehicle or enclosed trailer with necessary tools and components

• Explain care, functionality, and maintenance of installed products to customers

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of cabinet installation, carpentry, or interior remodeling experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read blueprints, follow detailed instructions, and take accurate measurements

• Skilled in using power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personal enclosed trailer preferred)

• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge is a plus
