Weiss Real Estate Team is growing fast, and we’re looking for driven, licensed agents who are hungry to close more deals and take their business to the next level with the right support.
Whether you're an experienced agent looking for leverage and leads or newer to the business but ready to dive in full-time, this is your chance to align with a high-performance team that values your time and your talent. This is a hybrid role. You will have the opportunity to support the teams with showings, inspections, open houses, etc. You will receive Top-Notch support and will be given a step-by-step plan so you know exactly what to do daily.

Responsibilities:
• Assist seasoned agents in the office by showing homes to buyer clients
• Schedule and organize buyer tours
• Meet with buyers to view and tour properties
• Prospecting for new business development in the office when not showing homes
• Development and training to become a full-time experienced agent
• Follow up on showings with feedback and detailed information
• Attend all office training for working with buyer clients
• Convert buyer leads to buyer consultation appointments
• Obtain buyer client signatures on buyer agency agreements
• Ensure that buyer clients are pre-qualified with a mortgage lender
• Prospect for buyer leads
• Overcome buyer objections
Qualifications:
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Attend all office training for working with buyer clients
• Organized and with great attention to detail
• Flexibility as it relates to buyer schedules and needs
• Self-motivated and a fast learner
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Must have a Real Estate license
