POSITION TITLE: Office/Warehouse Associate
POSITION SUMMARY: The Office/Warehouse Associate performs various office activities ranging from answering phones and filing to basic bookkeeping and assisting in the daily operations and functions of the distribution center warehouse . The Office/Warehouse Associate will accurately record and type customer orders, give price quotes, process invoices, and maintain up-to-date files for all customers that have outstanding invoices while assisting in the warehouse as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Complete daily deposits using Remote Banking Software
- Answer incoming phone calls - includes order taking, giving quotes, answering product questions, etc.
- Handle customer payments – includes COD customer cash/check/credit card payments and term customer account payments.
- Input customer orders into the ordering system and send confirmation for customer reference.
- Invoice all sales orders at the end of each day.
- Keep all office and warehouse supplies sufficiently stocked, ordering weekly, monthly, or as needed.
- Load overhead doors and products onto customer vehicles/trailers.
- Lift, stack, and organize overhead garage doors, track, hardware, springs, and openers.
- Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Required:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Computer skills with 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office products

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in a fast-paced office and warehouse setting with frequent interruptions. Duties may require sitting or standing for long periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
