Do you have a passion for real estate and a desire to help clients find the perfect home? The Missy Chandler Team is looking for a motivated Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support our agents by assisting with property showings, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring buyers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the real estate industry. It’s not a traditional 9-to-5 job—flexibility is key. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your real estate license promptly. Compensation & Schedule

• $75,000–$100,000 expected first-year earnings (base + commission)
• Full-time, 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Required to work 2 weekends per month
• Paid time off

Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers by conducting property showings with professionalism and care
• Communicate with clients, answering questions and providing clear updates
• Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and listing agents
• Share client feedback and insights with the team to guide next steps
• Support follow-up communication and ensure a seamless client experience
• Build strong client relationships by being responsive, reliable, and personable
• Stay up to date on listings, market trends, and neighborhood details to offer valuable insights
• Represent the Missy Chandler Team at open houses and team events as needed
• Use CRM systems to document client interactions and track follow-ups
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in real estate and delivering outstanding client experiences
• Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain promptly)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
