Position: SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Kent, WA
Industry: Security Software (Cybersecurity, Identity Management, Cloud Security)

Travel: Within 30 miles from home base
Training: Focused on technical skills

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads within the cybersecurity sector
Use technology stack (ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) to drive prospecting efforts
Engage with leads to understand their security software needs
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies
Conduct research and analysis on market trends to identify new business opportunities
Document activities and manage leads within Salesforce
Regularly update team on progress and market insights

Requirements

Certifications: HubSpot Sales Software Certification, AWS Cloud Practitioner required
Preferred Certifications: Additional AWS Cloud certifications advantageous
Technical proficiency with ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
