The Human Resources department is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst with a strategic and people centered focus on benefit plan administration, data integrity, and retiree planning to lead high-impact projects that shape the employee experience at every stage of the career lifecycle. This role is central to the administration and evolution of the Authority’s health, welfare, and retirement programs—serving as both a subject matter expert and a trusted, service-minded partner to employees and leadership.
This role is responsible for managing annual open enrollment, ACA reporting, and benefit audits, while also supporting initiatives that prepare the organization for a growing retiree workforce—including CalPERS Classic members and those entering the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP).
