Horticulture Services is currently accepting applications for our Senior Crew Lead - Landscape Enhancements position. The primary purpose of this position is to provide mentorship to Crew Leaders and lend operational support for Enhancements Division Lead. Accordingly, the position requires experience in the ability to operate equipment, horticultural knowledge, leadership, communication skills, and time management. In addition, the position requires the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Specific Details: Pay starts at $27.00 per hour. We work Monday-Friday starting at 7:00 am (length of the day varies based on the weather & job). The typical workweek is 40+ hours w/ overtime pay available. There is a potential for weekend/holiday work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide mentorship to assigned Crew Leaders. Provide scheduling and operational support for Division Lead. Lead combined crews during transition season.  Participate in, and supervise equipment maintenance. Exhibit success in mentorship role. Exhibit positive leadership practices. Snow removal duties as assigned in winter. Requirements include, but are not limited to: Ability to use strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively. A valid driver's license and willingness to complete driver qualification (Pass a DOT physical with a clean drug test). The ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
