Overview
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with proven leadership skills to oversee and drive revenue growth at luxury spa locations. This is a client-focused role that combines team leadership, performance management, and hands-on sales strategy. Assignments will involve short-term oversight of specific spa locations, with opportunities to rotate as business needs evolve.
What You'll Do
Lead sales operations and daily performance at your assigned spa.
Mentor and coach the sales/front desk team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Increase retention through service education and relationship management.
Collaborate with operations and marketing on local initiatives.
Analyze sales metrics and introduce improvements.

Who You Are
2+ years of experience leading sales in wellness, luxury services, retail, or hospitality.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
Skilled in managing and motivating small teams.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Flexible for rotational assignments and travel.
