The Mission
Our spas deliver luxury treatments and premium skincare, but growth depends on leaders who can connect clients to the right treatment packages and products while energizing the teams behind them. As a Travel Spa Sales & Wellness Manager, your role is to step into priority locations, strengthen sales, and leave each branch performing at a higher level than when you arrived.
This position is built around movement and results. You'll be assigned to one spa location at a time, typically for 2–3 months , but the length of each assignment depends on how quickly the branch reaches stability. Some locations may only need a few weeks, while others require the full 90 days.
During each deployment, you will:
Guide clients toward treatment packages and skincare products tailored to their needs
Coach and motivate spa staff to sell with confidence and deliver a five-star client experience
Introduce effective sales strategies and track results to ensure steady growth
Strengthen team performance so that each location continues thriving after you transition to the next assignment
Proven sales leadership background (spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
Strong record of exceeding revenue targets
Comfortable stepping into new environments, gaining trust quickly, and driving results fast
Willing and flexible for travel assignments of 2–3 months or shorter/longer depending on how fast the branch stabilizes
Polished professional presence and strong client-facing communication skills
$3,000 monthly base pay
Uncapped commission on treatment package and product sales
