Job Description

Paradigm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Copywriter to craft compelling content for our client across a range of digital platforms including mobile apps, desktop software, printer control panels, and web portals. This role blends creativity with precision, helping shape user experiences through clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.

Type: 1 year contract

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office), Vancouver, WA

As a UX Copywriter you will:

• Develop and maintain user interface (UI) copy for printer software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, websites, and other digital touchpoints
  
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly language
  
• Ensure all content is error-free, consistent with the company's brand voice, and compliant with internal style guides
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, and developers) to deliver cohesive digital messaging
  
• Transform rough ideas and prototypes into polished, persuasive copy
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
  
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to extract strategic insights and convert them into concise, effective messaging
  

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field, is required
  
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a copywriting or UX writing role
  
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative creative tools
  
• Expertise in Figma required
  
• Familiarity with software requirement and defect tracking systems
  
• Ability to interpret design, marketing, and business requirements to guide UI content development
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively across all levels of an organization
