As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact marketing and creative projects across multiple teams. You will drive efficiency and alignment within the creative department, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and support organizational goals. This role requires managing workflows, resources, and schedules while maintaining clear communication across marketing, design, copy, web, video, and motion teams. You will implement and optimize project management systems, improve operational processes, and serve as a bridge between creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact campaign quality, team productivity, and overall marketing success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing significant marketing and creative initiatives, including major product launches and campaigns.
  • Maintaining and optimizing project management tools (Asana, Notion) to track and prioritize all creative projects.
  • Coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring clear communication of creative briefs, project requirements, and status updates.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase team efficiency and project throughput.
  • Managing creative request processes, evaluating submissions for clarity and completeness, and maintaining high-level tracking documentation.
  • Supporting marketing operational functions, including budgets, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to creative team members to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in creative project management within fast-paced marketing, tech, or healthcare environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Asana and Notion for project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of GSuite collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, communication, and logistics across multiple teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to establish structure in dynamic environments.
  • Strong growth mindset with adaptability to new technologies and AI-driven workflow tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive engagement with stakeholders, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to enhance individual and team productivity is highly desirable.
